DescriptionAre you tired of spending your vacations on the beach and wondering why your bathroom scales show a few pounds more when you get back home. Well then it's time to change things and do something proactive for your next vacation.Maybe you have been dreaming in the past about the adventures of Jack London and doing it yourself. Hell why not you are able to do it too. You might have to go without modcons for a while but you will be rewarded with not only a few self found Gold Nuggets, lasting memories but also with the assurance that you will fit into your Jeans again when you get back home. Tour preparations are made for the trip into the wilderness. Relaxing evening with BBQ at the GoNorth Centre. Accommodation at the GoNorth Hostel. Monday 16th July After breakfast flight from Fairbanks across the Yukon River and the Arctic Circle to Bettles (duration ca. 1 hour). Switch to a smaller aircraft and northbound flight to the claims at Crevice Creek. Tuesday 17th to Tuesday 24th July For seven days pan for gold to your heart’s content or relax and enjoy the scenery. There is also an opportunity to climb a nearby mountain in the search of a grand view or some crystals on the way. Wednesday 25st July It's time to fly back to Bettles and on to the civilization of Fairbanks. Your GOLDRUSH tour comes to an end and will hopefully be pleasantly remembered for a long time to come.
