Except in special circumstances booking is required no later than 8 weeks before the tour start date. Contact us for last-minute booking availability. At booking time 30% of the total tour price is paid, in US dollars (all taxes and fees are included in the total price). Four weeks before the tour the entire price of the trip must be paid. By cancellation of a tour: before 60 days full refund minus $200 fee, 60-30 days 20% of the tour price, 30-15 days before tour 50%, 14-8 days before tour 70% and 7-0 days before tour 100% of the total tour price.
Our tours are guaranteed at the listed pricing with 6 participants up to a maximum of 12 participants. With five or less participants a small group surcharge per person will apply as follows depending on the tour: with 5 participants $400-$500 per person, with 4 participants $500-$600 per person. With 3 or less participants a special arrangement will be offered. All tours are guaranteed to depart. You will be informed at least 7 weeks before departure if a small group surcharge would apply. At this time you would have to option to cancel your tour with a full refund of your deposit minus service and bookings fees of $200.
