Day 1: Dong Hoi City – Phong Nha: Rustic Chay Lap Village
Our tour guide and vintage US army Jeep will pick you up at Dong Hoi City and transfer on this historical road to Chay Village of Quang Binh Province, a step to Phong Nha - Ke Bang Heritage. Arrival Rustic Chay Lap, take the buffalo carts to the home stay. The rest of day is your free time of photo-hunt & exchanging culture with locals.
Evening, you are invited to prepare the dinner with the host. You will be guided to learn how to cook the food called "Steamed Fish with Beer, served along with local herbs". Enjoy your dinner by your style.
Overnight in Rustic Chay Lap (Phong Nha, Quang Binh).

Day 2: Transfer Phong Nha town to Tan Hoa Village - Trekking to To Mo Valley
08:00: Light breakfast at local house then our tour guide, support team and an Army Jeep will pick you up at Chay Lap and depart to Tan Hoa Village.
09:30 Arrive at trekking point at Tan Hoa and we start trekking up 2 hills with some short pauses for photo-hunts & break. Visit Hang Chuot (Rat Cave)
11:00: Reach Hung Ton Valley for a visit at Hung Ton cave
12:00 Stop at a lake in Hung Ton valley for our support team to prepare lunch
13:00-15:00 After lunch, we have an unforgettable trekking in Hung Ton wet cave. We must wear safe-suite then do 30m swimming to escape this cave and reach To Mo valley.
15:00 – 19:00: our trekking day stops at this time and our support team will help unpacking tents and cooking dinner. This night is also the time for us to try night-fishing and animal-watching. Overnight at campsite in jungle of To Mo valley.

Activity: 04 hours of trekking (moderate)

Day 3: To Mo Valley to Tu Lan Valley
Another interesting trekking day of us begins after a simple breakfast served at 8.00AM by our support team.
09:00-11:00: We pack tents and stuffs then head to the amazing valley of Vu Lan.
11:00 – 13:00: Arrive Tu Lan Valley, enjoy the scenic view while having lunch then we prepare campsite before our hike continues at 13:00.
13:00 – 17:00: we start exploring Hang Kim, Tu Lan Caves included Hang Ken Cave which is considered as one of biggest caves in the world. This trekking section is more difficult than first day because we mostly walk at the edge of mountains & slope.
17:00: one of hardest section in our trekking trip stops at entrance of big Tu Lan Cave where we prepare campsite and dinner for this night. Overnight at campsite in front of Tu Lan Cave.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Activity: 06 hours of trekking (difficult)

Day 4: Tu Lan - Tan Hoa Village – Transfer back to Phong Nha town
08:00-9:00: We have breakfast then pack tents and stuffs to trek back to Tan Hoa Village..
12:30: Arrive Tan Hoa Village after 3 hour trekking for lunch in local restaurant.
14:00: Meet-up with our jeep then transfer back to Chay Lap village of Phong Nha Town. The rest of day is your free time at leisure. Overnight in local house at Chay Lap village
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Activity: 03 hours of trekking (Moderate grade)

Day 5: Departure
Free by your own until our Jeep will pick you up at Chay Lap village and transfer back to Dong Hoi Airport for flight home or onward travel.

Route
| Tu Lan caves system is located at Tan Hoa Village, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh. It is about 70km North West of Phong Nha. The valley mountain formed 4 caves in the areas which beautiful stalagmite and stalactite inside the caves, a small waterfall and underground river make Tu Lan is the unique place for adventure cavers |
